The Colorado Noxious Weed Act (35-5.5 CRS) prohibits the weeds listed on the Noxious Weeds List on all property and requires local governments to enforce this law. The list can be found at https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/agconservation/noxious-weed-species. Please keep your weeds and grass cut to a maximum of 6”. This includes to the center of the alley adjacent to your home.

The Gilcrest Municipal Park and Liberty Park are now open to the public but limited to a group of not more than 10 people, require the use of face masks and social distancing. The playground equipment and bathrooms will remain closed.
Effective May 1, 2020 through October 15, 2020 The following restrictions shall apply to all potable water taken from the Town water system: a. Tap holders with even numbered street address may water only on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. b. Tap holders with odd numbered street address may water only on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. c. No Watering on Friday and no watering on any day between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. d.
