Pet Licenses If you own dogs AND/OR cats, they must be registered with the Town. A copy of rabies vaccination by a registered veterinarian is required. The cost for registering spayed or neutered dogs/cats is $5.00 per animal, and the cost for intact dogs/cats is $15.00 per animal. Dogs MUST be on a leash when taken off owners property. This is for the safety of other people as well as for the safety of the dog. All existing pet licenses expired on December 31, 2018 and must be renewed annually. The Town of Gilcrest is now accepting credit cards for all payments for utility or court payments. Residents are now able to pay their utility bills online using Xpress Bill Pay.
