Dear Community Partner,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we extend our sincere gratitude for your continued partnership, support, and commitment to strengthening our community. Your collaboration plays an essential role in advancing our shared mission and creating meaningful opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

We believe it is important to make you aware of a concerning situation that has recently come to our attention. A former Trustee, Mr. Agripino, has been contacting community partners while representing himself as a current board member, current Mayor Pro Tem, or former Mayor in an apparent attempt to influence or pressure individuals regarding ongoing community matters, agreements, and relationships. In several instances, inaccurate or misleading information has reportedly been communicated in an effort to secure retractions of support or alter outcomes.

Additionally, this individual has referenced participation in “town hall meetings” despite those meetings having been publicly communicated as closed sessions not open to the general public. These actions have created confusion and concern among members of our community and partner organizations.

The Board of Trustees unequivocally condemns any attempt to misrepresent authority, disseminate false or misleading information, or undermine the trust and collaboration that are essential to maintaining strong community relationships. We are committed to addressing these matters responsibly and within the scope of our authority to protect the integrity of our partnerships and the reputation of our community institutions.

We are also concerned about the harmful impact these actions may have on our community partners, particularly when statements or positions are inaccurately attributed to them. Misrepresentation of communications damages trust, strains professional relationships, and weakens the cooperative spirit that allows our community to thrive.

As a Board, we strongly denounce this behavior and reaffirm our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and respectful civic engagement. Together, we remain dedicated to building a stronger future through service, stewardship, and a shared commitment to the well-being of our community.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for your continued partnership and trust.

Respectfully,

The Board of Trustees

Mayor Nothem

Trustee Howton

Trustee Fulton

Trustee Shutt
